When the Ithaca Journal profiled InfoScreen as a start up - the photographer was more interested in this painting than the Problem of Corporate Espionage. Clarity's Founder is also a big believer in the message of this painting and so he set it up at the InfoscreenWater corporate HQ which is also his home. The property sits on 6 Mile Creek, a 17 mile long stream that is the source for the City of Ithaca's drinking water. The property sits 7 miles upstream from Ithaca, in a Hamlet called Brooktondale which was originally in Tioga County. There is an 1820s dam and mill that Richard is resurrecting with a closed loop design whereby no discharge goes into the stream and falling water powers the pump to recirculate water

InfoScreen was formed in 2002 - as a spin off from Clarity. Clarity's Founder, Richard Sheiman, had previously developed Training for Logitech employees when the CEO learned that my first job after college was with Harlan Brown - a pioneer in Ethical Competitive Intelligence. Probing Competitor Analysis always generated concerns that Clarity's competitors might be engaging in Social Engineering as Loose Lips Sink Ships and Trade Secrets have no legal protections if employees disclose them carelessly.
