InfoScreenWater began as InfoScreen in 2002 - a Training company to help Industrial Technology clients to protect their trade secrets. InfoScreen was a spin off from Clarity - when we were still a card carrying member of SCIP; the Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals. - Mott - Clarity facilitated a dinner meeting between the CEOs of Kaydon and Mott, when it was an ESOP. Kaydon offered over $100M - but they elected to remain private. Acquired by IDEX 2025 for over $1B
- Clarity worked with Purafil when they were a unit of Kaydon. They became part of SKF when Kaydon was acquired and then spun off to Madison Capital - Filtration Group
- MultiSorb & DryCo - Clarity conducted Diligence for Argosy on FlowDry - which included Research on Multisorb - both of which are now FG units
- Ronningen Petter - Clarity studied Machine Tool Coolant Filtration systems for RP when they were a Dover unit. (acquired by Eaton)
- ECS Environmental Systems - Clarity sourced this platform for Argosy and the add on of KCH, creating a business serving both Industrial & Municipal odor control
- Fil Sep - Clarity has a new mandate with Fil Sep of Vodadora India, a manufacturer of lube oil filtration systems that is owned by a father and son team seeking to invest in a leading US manufacturing partner
